Combine with Co-Authors Plus for Multiple authors?

Hi there,

Trying to combine this plugin with the Co-Authors plugin so I can display multiple authors when the post has them.

Built a custom twentythirteen theme and have been modifying the lcp-catlist file but can’t get it to work.

Any push in the right direction would be appreciate it.
