I have a cart that contains items with standard rates (including GST & PST) and items with reduced rates (Labeled GST-PST Exempt). I need to show the PST and GST as separate lines (done by display tax totals itemized) but I want to combine the GST amount of the standard rate item and the reduced rate item to show as just one rate so instead of:

GST Tax (PST Exempt) (estimated for Canada) $25.00
PST Tax (estimated for Canada) $7.00
GST Tax (estimated for Canada) $5.35

    it would show:

GST Tax (estimated for Canada) $30.35
PST Tax (estimated for Canada) $7.00

For context, it is because some safety items we sell are PST exempt. Here is a photo I hope this makes sense!

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

This is a fairly complex development topic. I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out.

We haven’t heard from other users in here, so I’ll proceed to close this thread for now. I’d recommend visiting the other resources recommended by Amanda below:

If it’s important for you to solve this soon and you need any coding help, you can reach out to one of WooCommerce’s customization partners:

    https://woocommerce.com/customizations

They’d be able to give you a clearer idea about the scope of the project and quote you for their services.
