Combine Header and Navigation into one header

I am attempting to combine the header (logo and social icons) with the navigation into one row. They are on separate rows, which eats up a lot of height.I am looking to pad the navigation to the right by about 150 pixels, put my logo on the left, then add the navigation, and then have social icons.
