Combine fields into one

Would it be possible to combine multiple forms fields into one single upicrm field?

That would be very very useful in a lot of situations like mine where a quote for multiple items with multiple detail fileds per item is created with the form.
If I could combine all these item detail fields into one it would be much better that having to create lots and lots of single fields.
