Combine css & Javascript files

1) Is it possible to combine mesocolumn css and javascript files with buddypress, bbpress and woocommerce css and js files ?

2) w3totalcache or wpsupercache Which one is more compatible with mesocolumn?

3) Is it possible to minify css and js files ?
