 * Hopefully a simple question(s):
 * I’ve had a personal blog for years on .COM, with domain forwarding, and it’s
   been great.
 * But I’ve recently completed a couple of successful self-hosted installations,
   and now I want to self-host that personal .COM site too.
 * I know how to export, import, MySQL, API, etc, etc. But what I don’t know is
   this:
 * After I get my content up and running on my local installation 100%, what do
   I do w/ my existing .com site? Do I erase it?
 * I know it’s only “pointing” to (www.mysite.com), but if I install on that root,
   what should I do w/ the (www.mysite.wordpress.com) site? Data?
 * And since I’ve already got that re-direct going on (www.mysite.wordpress.com –
   > [http://www.mysite.com](http://www.mysite.com)). How will that pan out? Do
   I just cancel it? Will all my SEO survive?
 * BONUS QUESTION!
 * That personal .COM blog is under another username. But I’d like to “bring it
   in the family” of the 2 other (already) self-hosted sites I have (which share
   the same username).
 * Would that make the universe implode?
