    Hi Luigi,

    I’m not entirely sure, but it might be possible that ColumnFilterWidgets needs the actual search/filter functionality to be enabled, so that it can use it internally.
    It should however be possible to just hide the Search textfield with some CSS code to achieve what you want. Please try adding the following CSS code to the “Custom CSS” textarea on the “Plugin Options” screen of TablePress. The table ID needs to be adjusted from 123 to the correct ID.

    #tablepress-123_filter {
      display: none;
    }

    Tobias

    Works exactly as you assumed.
