Column/Section labels not accessible on first new section

    As the title mentions, with the latest 0.7.0 update, when adding the first section on a new page, the Column/Section labels are not accessible; they appear to be “cut off”. Therefore one cannot access their properties in the Elementor panel.

    I had been testing the beta 0.6.6.1 and the labels were there on the first section.

    I was able to duplicate this error by un-installing 0.7.0 and re-install 0.6.6.1. This behavior was the same on both the WP 2016 theme as well as GeneratePress.
