Columns Reappearing on Quick Edit Update

So in the All In One settings area I made sure that the custom post type in question is unchecked. At first when you go into the custom post type it does not display the columns. When you go into one an do a quick edit of a post and hit update all of a sudden the 3 all in one columns appear.
