as far as i can tell it is running
    screen shot of plugins page.
    plugins

if the plugin was not activated the first link would not render in columns. both pages contain the exact content. only the first link the “page” renders correctly, the second link, the “post” does not apply the columns.

The problem is with your theme.
First, your theme is force-jamming an older version of jQuery to load, with out checking to see if it already is loaded:

    <script type='text/javascript' src='http://www.booth-assoc.com/booth/wp-content/themes/theme1498/js/jquery-1.6.4.min.js?ver=1.6.4'></script>

That’s bad, and should be fixed… but it’s not what is breaking your site.

Second, this plugin is no longer installed, however you have TWO other column plugins installed on your site…. so the problem is not with the plugin(s) but with your theme.

We would be happy to help trouble shoot this for you via our very reasonable support pack: http://plugins.twinpictures.de/plugins/column-matic/support/

Other than that, you might want to take this issue up with your theme developer.
