Still waiting on a response for this – am in the middle of a major marketing push and getting lots of mobile visitors –

    thoughts on how to fix?

I’m having the same problem. I checked out your site and didn’t notice any columns, did you ever find an answer? I opened my own ticket, maybe it will get noticed.

    Hi Fran!

Nope – no response…If they respond to your ticket will you let me know?

    Best,
    Kathryn

    Yes, of course!

I did see another, older ticket that the developer responded to by saying that he had made it responsive as of version 4.0. We’re up to v.4.9 now, so I don’t know what we’re missing. I’m using a Genesis theme, so I’m confident it’s not anything to do with that.

It doesn’t look like he’s been responding to many tickets lately, I hope we’re not out of luck. I tried some other shortcode plugins and had other problems.

I’m having the same problem, with a gallery! Very frustrating! I too am using Genesis.

If you’re using Genesis, Elaine, I have an answer for you. I ditched the plugin altogether because Genesis has built in column classes. It’s not shortcodes, so it’s a tiny bit more of a pain, but it works a lot better! Still a few wrinkles, but I think I can figure them out or get help on Genesis support.

Here’s a link to the tutorial on StudioPress: http://my.studiopress.com/tutorials/content-column-classes/

Here’s a link to a handy reference if your page isn’t a standard size, it will generate the column code for you (it also generated 1/5’s, which the original code left out for some reason)

    Hope that helps you!
