 * Is there a simple way to add this view to posts?
 * What is ” hierarchical custom post types ” I think that every post is hierarhical.
   
   Should I add custom post type, and change every post on my site to this? How 
   to archive that?

 * Well, they aren’t. Hierarchical means that they can have a parent-child relationship,
   such as WordPress’s default Pages. Posts do not have this, and thus a hierarchical
   view of Posts would just be a single list of all posts.
 * This plugin already automatically attempts to add this view to all custom post
   types that ARE properly hierarchical.
