This used to work just fine, but after an update, the render of this page ignores my 10 px column gutter width and displays my images as 179px wide rather than 354px wide.

Here are the settings I have:
    columns: 3
    lazy load: no
    theme: base
    gutter width: 10px
    margin below: 10px
    image size: default
    image dimensions: 354×600
    crop images: no

It should result in 3 columns of images that are 354px wide with a 10px gutter between the pics. The height of each picture was different, but they fit together nicely as a gallery of photos. How do I fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

    Hi @melissaschmitt 🙂

When using a column count, Envira will try to fit the image size (with the margin and column gutters) but if the theme’s content width is 960 and the image size is set to 600px with 5px column gutter (that’s 5 on each side) the content width wouldn’t be able to fit that many images at that image size into the space provided so we have to slightly reduce the size of the images.

Now I do see the column gutter is 10px when I view the link: https://cl.ly/fd43ae7d5cd2 and the image size is 354 (without cropping the height is set to auto so may not meet the 600px height).

Does that help explain what your seeing? If you have further questions or this is for the premium version of the plugin, please use our contact form for support.

    Thanks

Hmmm… your screenshot is the way the site is supposed to look and has looked for years. But that is not what I get when I visit the page.

    Hey @melissaschmitt 🙂

Can you tell me what browser and browser version your on? I’m on a iMac 27″ non-retina and the latest version of Chrome and that’s how the site appears for me (from my screenshot).

Can you also tell me if you have lazy load enabled on the gallery?

    imac 27″ (retina 5k, 2017)
    Mojave 10.14.2
    Chrome 71.0.3578.98
It also looks this way in safari 12.0.2 and firefox 64.0 on the same computer

Ha! It however looks fine (the way it should display and did for you) on my old imac 27″, late 2013 running El Capitan 10.11.16 and the windows computers I have too.

    Curiouser and curiouser….

    Hi Melissa 🙂

Ok, sounds like it’s a retina specific thing. Is this for the premium version of Envira? If so, can you please open up a ticket with our support?

    It is not premium unfortunately.

    No worries 🙂

Open a ticket anyway 🙂 Go to that support link and click the Have Basic Question, just make sure you mention this is for Envira Lite. 🙂

Thank you for you help! I appreciate it very much.
