    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    For some suggestions on how to set column widths, please see the TablePress FAQ at http://tablepress.org/faq/column-widths/

    However, to be honest, I don’t think that a table is the best way to create such an organizational chart. Not only will it be hard to maintain the structure, but there will also be issues with the responsiveness. Making tables responsive is already very tricky. Making it responsible while maintaining such a structure is evenen harder.
    I’d therefore suggest that you look into a different solution based on other HTML elements and CSS.

    Thanks for this Tobias,

    The thing I am finding is that the text in the box does not seem to wrap around the defined box width. What is causing this can you help please. See http://www.icreate-websites.com/organisation-structure/

    Have now taken advic eand using HTML now and CSS
