Column and Product Count Settings Option

G’Day.
Have been testing WooCommerce on a bnumbe rof premium themes and have come across an issue where a particular option isn’t always showing.
It relates to the option in WooCommerce > Settings > Pages where you can designate the number of columns to be used to display the products.
On two particular themes – Catalyst, U-Design – this option isn’t being shown.
Anyone know why and if there is an option to rectify this.
