Colorway 2.5.1 submenu issue with Opera browser

Hi, there is a problem with submenus using Colorway 2.5.1: the dropdown menu move down leaving a large space that looks really bad. It happen with Opera v. 12.15 (last). You can try this opening with OPERA browser the live Demo of Colorway theme or this websites (not mine):

The space down is as big as long is the submenu.
I tried to open the demo of Colorway v3 WITH THE SAME BROWSER and IT WORKS FINE: http://inkthemes.com/wpthemes/colorwaypets/
So, it seems to me that with the latest version (3.0) of the theme they fixed the bug, but the free version I can install from my WordPress still remain 2.5.1. Anyone can help? Thank you and sorry for my english.
