Same here, any custom status has the same grey color.
There is also no Icon.

I’ve replied in https://wordpress.org/support/topic/status-on-order-page-no-longer-work/, but just in case, I’ll post same here:

Please recheck, if both checkboxes in “WooCommerce > Settings > Custom Order Status > Add custom statuses to admin order list action buttons” (i.e. “Add” and “Enable colors”) are enabled. Also there is “Enable colors in status column” checkbox there.
