Migrating the zipped prime mover website file to my testserver (and restoring it there) showed, the problem is resolved on Strato Servers…

It’s probably a server issue …but help is appreciated…cause I can’t force my client to change the hosting package.

thanks for your message.
Unfortunately if it’s a hosting issue you should contact the hosting company to ask why our plugin it’s blocked by them, this way they’ll be able to check if there’s a limitation they can remove.
From our end we cannot solve the issue if it’s server-side, I’m sorry.

ok thanks – but strange, both sites are on the same hosting server, same packages…
Please check in the meantime with the hosting company, since it seems a hosting issue as you explained in your first messages.
Then if you’ll need more help we’ll be at your disposal.
