Colorized sidebar update icon in minimized state

    I went to the admin site
    I noticed that when the sidebar is minimized, then updates are not displayed

    If I honestly expected something to appear there.

    But there is probably no place for an update pointer.
    I ask programmers to highlight the panel icon (red, of course) when it is in a minimized state, when there are updates.

    Hi @kobzew

    Are you talking about this: https://prnt.sc/smsszm to show even the menu (or left sidebar) is collapsed?

    Sorry but for now it will only show to you when the menu is not collapsed.

    However, this is a great idea, and the community should consider this feature in coming WordPress updates. 🙂

    Yes
    I have not previously minimized the side menu
    (I did not know that this can be done)))
    You can not put an icon with the number of updates
    Just highlight the icon when the panel is minimized.
