 * i have set up user submitted posts plugin with rich text. Is there an option 
   for colored text, or what is the best way to add it?

 * Yeah you can style/customize the RTE text color by adding this CSS:
 * `<style>.usp-rich-textarea.wp-editor-area { color: red; }</style>`
 * Then change red to whatever color you want.

 * Yeah that’s probably doable using custom code, but it’s not something supported
   by the plugin.
