Support » Plugin: The Visual Editor » colored text boxes not showing up in front end – pre-sales question

Hello – I am using Zedity free version to test in my pages before I purchase the premium version as the premium version has the options I need.

I installed the plugin and began inserting multiple colored text boxes on an individual listing page in the Sabai Directory (a plugin I am using for my directory). On the back end it appears to be working perfectly. However, when I view the front end the text boxes themselves do not show up and only the words I have written in the text boxes show up. (the text boxes are all different colors and the wording is all different colors.)

    I am using:
wordpress 4.2.2 Divi 2.3.2 Divi Dark child theme Sabai directory 1.3.17 and the free version of Zedity 5.0.4

I would appreciate any help you would provide.

    Update:

After analyzing the data provided to our support team (https://zedity.com/support), it turned out that there’s a problem with another plugin (sabai directory) and the user is getting in touch with them.

There’s no action for us to take about this so far.
