 * Is the green / Blue the ONLY colors that can be used in the FREE version? How
   is the button size edited?

 * You can use the colorpickers in the free version to use any color you want. The
   blue and green are just there to get you started.
 * As for the button size, in the free version the button size is determined by 
   the font size and the amount of padding around it. The Pro version has settings
   to explicitly set the button height and width.
