# Color Menu Issues

 * I am currently having the same issue as [@ctnder](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ctnder/).
   The color menu page just dont show color codes. During the loading of the page
   we can see them but once it’s fully loaded, they disappear … I have checked my
   cache, nothing wrong there …

 * Can you check your javascript console by pressing the F12 key and see if there
   is any error?
 * It sounds like a plugin conflict. If possible try to deactivate all plugins except
   WP Mobile Menu and test if the color options show.
 * If they show reactivate the plugin one by one or several at each theme to determine
   what plugin is causing the issue. Let me know.

 * I can try to deactivate every plugin but I have a lot of them so it is going 
   to take a while …! If there is no other solution I’ll do it by the way.
