    Hi, i wanted to give a specific subitem a different color in the sidebar nav menu.

    i saw esmi giving a solution for this to a user, and it was this:

    .nav #menu-item-1702 a {color: #c00;}

    i just wanted to know where do i find the item number so i can make my .css

    You can find those using a browser tool like Firebug to look at the rendered HTML for the page/menu item.
