 * As you can see here, there are many long-lasting events. In the case of this 
   site, they are using the Calendar to also inform of subscription time-periods,
   ie. not events to register for online, but to inform start and end times for 
   them to sign up at the town hall, or send their documents, etc.

 * Currently they are all the same and there is no way to change it. There have 
   been a few requests to color events based on the category they are in, however.
   This will be added in the future. It would be a useful thing for sure!
