# Collision with other Plugin

    If I’ve got “WP DSGVO Tools” ([https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/shapepress-dsgvo/](https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/shapepress-dsgvo/))
   installed and activated, IP Geo Block wont work right. The following error is
   shown » “An error occurred while executing the ajax command `ip_geo_block`. (
   500)”
 * Could you please solve this?

 * I’m sorry about inconvenient and thanks for reporting.
 * I think the error might not be related to the compatibility with “WP DSGVO Tools”,
   but there must be a cause in IP Geo Block itself.
 * I already notice that there is an issue of “Fatal error: Call to undefined function”
   which causes 500 Internal error on admin screen under a certain condition in 
   the latest version 3.0.13.
 * I’ll fix it in the next release. So I hope you to have another try in the future.

 * I confirmed that the new version 3.0.14 had fixed the issue of 500 internal error.
 * But I can not say with confidence that it was the same issue as you experienced.
   So I hope you to try the new version.
