[Resolved] Collections/tags don't show in Zotpress Reference widget

  • I just noticed that the Zotpress Reference widget we use on our posts is not showing the collections and tags associated with our account (which we’d ordinarily get by clicking on the account in the widget), thus we can’t identify item codes. The collections/tags come up fine in the Zotpress plugin admin page, so I think all should be working well; and I know this used to work. Possibly problems with recent Zotpress/WP upgrades?

    Okay, I checked it out on my end and everything seems to be working. I have multiple accounts set up, and both individual and group Zotero accounts are working.

    What versions of the following do you have running: WordPress, Zotpress, browser?

    Yes, I should have first checked in multiple browsers; sorry. I’m running WP/ZP latest, and it works in FF 5.0.1 Mac, but not on Safari 5.1 Mac (where I originally noticed the problem), nor Chrome 12.0.742.122 Mac.

    I think this problem is fixed — and had to do with browser updates — I have it working again in the latest versions of Chrome and Safari.

    Thank you, Katie, for this and all your great updates!! We all really appreciate it…so helpful. Will check out the other features soon, but yes, now reference widget works fine with latest Mac Safari/Chrome browsers.

    Katie, I think this one is broken again for some reason; I’m not getting collections/tags in the Zotpress metabox. This behavior is happening on Mac/Firefox/Chrome latest.

    Nope, I was wrong…this happened from moving my WP to a new server…one thing I should have known was the need to ensure that cURL is installed…
