Collections don’t displays

    Hi,

    every time I create a collection, the unique way to see it it to save permalinks.

    I’m using latest WP version with the7 theme

    Hi,

    Thanks for getting back to us.

    In picu -> Settings -> Debug Info, you find a table with debug infos, that can help us in finding out what’s going wrong.
    Could copy the whole table, paste it into an email and send it to support@picu.io?

    Thanks for your email. I’ll close this topic, as we had it resolved directly.

    In case anyone else experiences something similar: The solution was to exclude our collections urls from a caching plugin that was running on the site.
