# Collection Types

 * I asked about a year ago if there would be pages available for collection types
   for instance Children’s, Non Fiction, etc. Where they can be placed on separate
   pages and only the items in those collections. The thread has been closed to 
   replies. Checking to see if that is on the feature list for future upgrades?

 * I don’t have any new features planned at this time. I don’t have the time/energy
   to add such non-trivial features at this time.
 * The package is Open Source. This means that *anyone* can grab the source and 
   add new features or whatever.

 * I suppose we could use the category field for that, right? I’m not sure if I 
   would be interested in doing this myself, but that’s where I’d look. Personally,
   I’m likely to work on filling in missing data fields in the collection and streamlining
   the circulation process a bit…
