Collection Plugin

This really looks like one of the best collection plugins I have come across. My question is do you have something in the works or already created of a similar plugin for something more than just movies? I’m looking to have something that covers various items like comics, figures, video games, etc. Not looking for something complex like this. Just something I can use to add/remove items (or better yet items by post categories) that users can add to their “list” and share publicly. Do you know or have something to do this?
