    With pop up I mean this message: “We are constantly doing our best to improve our plugins. That’s why we kindly ask for your help to make them even more useful not only for you but also for other 100.000+ users. Collecting the data on how you use our plugins will allow us to set the right direction for the further development. You can stay asured that no sensitive data will be collected. Can we count on you? Learn more »”

    Maybe this rating helps that they start to let people a change to deceived.

    Hi @niwieder,

    To be honest we are quite surprised by your review since it’s a first time somebody takes the notice you have mentioned as disturbing. If allowed, we do not collect any sensitive data as the notice states. The only data it is gathered it’s related to the Flexible Shipping features usage in order to know better which of them are most commonly used and in which direction they should be developed further.

    What’s more, every user can choose not to give his/her consent to data collection simply by closing the notice with the “X” icon in its top right corner:

    and even change the previous decision any time using the Flexible Shipping Opt-out link on the plugins list here:

    That’s why, frankly speaking, we find this review quite unfair and inconsistent with with how it really is.
