 * For some reason I cannot use the Collect.js features. I followed the detailed
   instructions in your latest “How To” document, but when I click “Save changes”
   after entering the Tokenization Key I get a User/Password Account error. Please
   advise ASAP, this client needs help with a Live site.

 * No reply for over a week, from here and the plugin website. It seems the developer
   has abandoned support.
