Collapsing all Subcategories

Just recently all subcategories started displaying under all of my categories on any page with the woocommerce categories widget. It use to be just the categories would show and you click on that category and then subcategories would expand within the tree. Have I inadvertently clicked something somewhere or turned something on? I try not to touch anything without a screenshot first:) 6 Weeks into learning woocommerce. Need a tip! Thanks
