Colibri Publish customization

    Hey guys,

    I just installed WP and Colibri Page Builder, when I try to edit my site, everything is going well untill I press Publish, nothing is happening, small wheel is just turning and turning… Yes this site is only a pre-creating on the real domain and place. It’s been “publishing” my edits for 2 hours now and nothing changed. I used this plugin some time ago on my other websites and it worked perfect, but not this time 🙁

    Sorry for my english. Hope anyone will be able to help 🙂

    Hello,

    Can you please try to de-activate all plugins except the Colibri builder plugin and re-check your page with the issue?

    This seems to be a plugin related issue.

    Please let me know if this solved your issue.

    Hey Cristian,

    Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately nothing changed. The site is brand new and doesn’t have any plugins (except those which are by default AND recommended by Colibri) however, deactivated everything and it didn’t helped. I tried on another website where I have Colibri Page Builder Version 1.0.191 and it works perfectly but not on my new one with the newest version.

    UPDATE.

    I tried identical moves with another website and everything is in perfect shape. I tried to delete the plugin and install it but I keep getting error that some files cannot be copied, when I try to upload it manually I still get that message, so I contacted my hosting/server provider I think it can be somehow related with that. Going to let you know.
