[Resolved] [codepeople-post-map] showing on site after removal of plugin

  • Hi I downloaded the latest version of the plugin yesterday. Im on a Elegant Theme theme and after removing the plugin the code [codepeople-post-map] shows up on my site in the actual design. Im a newbie to all of this and have not yet launched the site. Any tips on how I can remove the code from the site? I have removed the “under construction” plugin so that you can see the code live. http://dinsamtale.no/kontakt/

Hoping for a quick reply so I can take site offline again.

    Hi,

You only should go to the page or post where the map was inserted, and delete the shortcode [codepeople-post-map] from its content.

    Best regards

    Hi,
Its just that in Elegant themes DIVI I use a page builder. And there is no short code anywhere one the page were I first tried inserting the map…. :/

    Hi,

The plugin does not insert the shortcode dynamically, so you should have inserted the shortcode in website’s pages, posts, or directly in the template files of the theme.

    Best regards.
