# Codemirror.js Error – Hides Code

 * When a snippet is opened, the code flashes & then disappears (given a display:
   none; attribute). In the console, this message shows:
 * TypeError: cm.options.theme is null
    cm.options.theme.replace(/(^|\s)\s*/g, ”
   cm-s-“);
 * I’ve been using the plugin for many months & never had a problem. Thank you!

 * Hi Shea,
 * Sorry for the delay! I get a lot of traffic & I really would prefer to not change
   the theme, even for a small period of time, so I’d have to setup a mirror site&
   try that. You haven’t come across the problem elsewhere? From others? Thanks 
   for the support!

 * Hi,
 * Sorry for the confusion. I meant to go the Code Snippets plugin settings, and
   change the CodeMirror editor theme there. Not the whole site theme.
