Hello! How I can open by default section “Codegroup” in sidebar.

Within the Gutenberg editor plugin ? Not possible via options – you have to change it manually – see https://github.com/EnlighterJS/Plugin.Gutenberg/blob/master/src/blocks/codeblock/edit.js#L89
