CodeFlavors Vimeo Video Post Plugin Question

This plugin works perfectly on my localhost yet does not work when I implement it on the live site.

I have tried network activation and activating only on one site.

The ‘edit’ option does not appear beside the ‘activate/deactivate’ link and the player also doesn’t appear at all on the page I’ve placed it on.

Does this plugin work on multisite?
