# Code Snippets Plugin Update Issue – “Loading edit page…” error

 * Hello,
 * I recently updated the Code Snippets plugin from version 3.3.0 to 3.4.0. Since
   then, I’ve been experiencing an issue where I am unable to access any of the 
   snippets. Whenever I try to access a snippet, the page appears to be constantly
   loading with the message “Loading edit page…”, but it never fully loads.
 * Upon inspecting the JavaScript console as suggested in a previous topic, I found
   the following error message:
 * `edit.js?ver=3.4.0:1 Could not initialise CodeMirror on textarea. null (anonymous)
   @ edit.js?ver=3.4.0:1 `
 * It seems like there’s an issue with initializing CodeMirror on the textarea. 
   This error occurred after the plugin update, so I suspect it could be related.
 * I would appreciate any assistance on how to resolve this problem.

 * Thank you for getting back to me. I am pleased to inform you that the issue has
   been resolved in the latest release, version 3.4.1. I no longer experience the
   problem and everything is working smoothly now.
