I like the ease of use, simple setup, and clean UI. Eventin makes it straightforward to get started, and the user experience is solid.

That said, the code quality is a serious issue. I recently got a critical error on my website caused by the plugin. While the team eventually shipped an update that fixed the issue, the damage was already done. The site had gone down.

This kind of breakage should not be happening in a production plugin. Stability and reliability need to come first. The team should focus on fixing bugs and improving the codebase instead of pushing constant new features and gimmicky AI tools.

Please take this seriously. A reliable plugin is far more valuable than one packed with unstable features.

Would I recommend it? Not at this time. It has potential, but I can’t recommend it while it continues to risk taking live sites offline.

    Hi @omarx,

Thank you for your honest feedback, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the recent issue. The fatal error was not a known problem during our QA testing, and unfortunately, it didn’t surface in our internal checks. We understand how critical it is to maintain site stability, and we are truly sorry that this impacted your live site.

Please know that we take this matter very seriously. Your feedback is not only valid — it’s vital. We are already taking steps to improve our development and QA processes to prevent similar issues in the future. Our top priority moving forward will be stability and reliability, not just new features.

Again, please accept our heartfelt apologies. We value you as a customer and hope you’ll give us a chance to earn back your trust.

    Best regards,
    M Mahbub
