Code/Plugin alert or prevent same post titles

    Hello,

    My site will consist of many writers aggregating various news from many places.

    With so many writers and contributors, there is a high chance two or more writers will be writing on the same story.

    Is there a way (using coding or plugin) that alerts when the same post title is used? Or maybe even prevent it from publishing?

    I have tried using plugins like “unique post titles” or “Duplicate Title Checker” or “Similar post-title checker” but they don’t seem to work with the new gutenberg editor. I understand it works only with the classic editor?
