# Code on Custom JS field not working

 * I’m trying to use this code from an online scheduling system, but it’s not working.
 *     ```

 * It was working until last week. Looking at “inspect element > console” this error
   appears
 *     ```

 * This code is supposed to put a floating button on the footer, but the button 
   is at the left top, and the link doesn’t work.
 * I’m a designer, not a developer. Any help is very appreciated.

 * Unfortunately, those codes aren’t available on OceanWP theme, and since the code
   is related to a third-party app/plugin, please get in touch with your third-party
   app/plugin author. Maybe they have a solution that we are not aware of.
