But when you see the author page it shows this code. look the page link. As always, we recommend performing a full website backup before any big major change on your site. * 1.- Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery and NextGen Pro (or Plus). * 2.- Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. I understand that it’s important to you that they both work well together. Please keep in mind that it’s virtually impossible for any plugin or theme developer to guarantee compatibility with all plugins and themes (literally thousands of plugins and themes) because they’re all maintained by separate developers and not all plugins and themes keep up to date or agree with one another. We do our best to keep up to date on a regular basis and we’ve been doing pretty good at that. Also, in our beta testing we install alongside our plugin some of the most popular plugins and themes so we can keep on top of compatibility with them. Sometimes we’ll miss a conflict with a well-known plugin or theme, and we’ll want to address that as soon as possible.
