    I lost my header somehow.

It was working before, I tweaked the CSS and now I’ve lost it. I was tweaking it while logged in to my “blog”. I got it the way I wanted it. Then I logged out. BOOM, it error’d.

    What happened?

I use a php-include to bring in “top_bar_header.php”. It is in there somehwere, or in the “style.css”. The options I changed were the transparancy-div, and the top_menu. I think that’s it.

I don’t know why it worked perfectly, then crashed after I logged out. Anyone have any ideas?

  • just upload fresh copies of the theme files you changed
make back ups before every change, then you can easily revert back if/when you screw it up. :>)

    exact error for header is:
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log.

    Figured it out.

It wasn’t the code, it was the permissions. Somehow I had chmoded the whole folder to 775, instead of just 755. I swapped it back to 755, and it worked like a charm.

    Go figure.
