code for previous/next under photos

    My problem…I have a navigation button “Daily Dog” in which I want to be able to click on the button and NOT go to a page but just a photo. Under that photo I want to be able to click a link “previous” to get to the previous day’s photo.

    Is this even possible? I just want to display ONE pic a day and have the previous days go into a archive somewhere but still be able to access it from the ‘previous’ button on that days photo.

    I’ve been looking for a solution for days with no success. Do I need to get a gallery program? WordPress’s gallery doesn’t seem to do what I need.
