What theme are you using? At this point, you should either reinstall the entire theme or replace the footer.php file with a new copy.

BTW, before you modify any theme files, consider making a child theme:

Though using a plugin should not require a child theme so if that’s all you are doing, that should be fine.
If you want to make the changes another way, set up child theme and someone can likely help you with the code to change in the footer.php file.
What do I ask them for it?
Start by fixing your theme. Given that it’s messed up, the easiest way to fix it will be to switch to another theme, delete that one and then reinstall it from the Dashboard.
Then create a child theme – see link above.
Then post a question about what you want to change on the forum for that theme here:
