code error

My site at http://roundhousetalk.com/2013/01/this-message-wasnt-approved-by-the-oil-industry/ shows the buttons but when hovering the box pops up and lists the code at the top rather than the article or site name. It doesn’t look attractive that way so something must be wrong. Is there any way also to just have the box open and stay open while the post is open?
