Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the plugin.
Also, we recommend checking the issue by deactivating all cache plugins.
Please note, All calculations in Cost Calculator Builder are being made with the Vue.js framework. Caching plugins and CSS/JS files minification might affect Cost Calculator functionality. To avoid it, please, exclude all JS and CSS files of Cost Calculator plugin from JS and CSS minification and render-blocking.

Thank you for the quick response. Since I am not a developer, I was unable to follow everything you just described, but apparently my caching plugin was doing a lot of things I didn’t fully understand, so for the time being I just disabled it and the calculator started working again. So I’m sure that is what you were describing, but I just couldn’t interpret it. haha. So I just resolved the problem by getting rid of the entire caching system…. Not the best solution on my part (admittedly), but it got the job done for now.

Please try using cache plugins that contain exclude options. So you can manually exclude the above-mentioned files from the cache.

Thanks for your inputs. We will run one more test iteration, to find where the problem is. And will release an update to fix compatibility with most popular caching and optimising plugins.
