 * I just noticed that the code button in the html editor is missing, this was seen
   after the latest upgrade to 3.0.3:

 * there was an actual “code” button there for adding the `<code>` tag but now missing…
   thoughts?

 * yea… have CodeColorer plugin installed which when deactivated returns the code
   button to the html menu… and when active, removes the code button… I love answering
   my own questions… derp
