So… I did the following: * General: Store Address inserted Shipping locations: Disable shipping and locations Default customer location: Shop base address Enable taxes: unchecked (no sales tax in Oregon) * Payments: Enabled COD Clicked Set up/Manage Checked: Enable cash on delivery Title: Cash/Credit on Curbside Pick Up Description: Pay with cash/credit upon pickup Instructions: Pay with cash or credit/debit when you arrive at curbside pickup Enable local shipping: Any “local pickup” method Accept for virtual orders: unchecked (there are no virtual orders) * In testing my site I get the following error messages. * • Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. This seemed weird to me because it’s local pick up and we are not shipping but nevertheless IT WORKED, YAY! * Now I just need to figure out how to make checkout simpler, don’t need all the billing information for COD. I never received an email notification of an order placed and when I went into “Orders” it showed the order but no customer information which would be the reason why I never received an email indicating that I received an order. You can do that with the Loco Translate plugin.
